Possibly the street to the left of the one that says 12/2 (Khao Talo Soi 12/2 in Thai)

 

You'll spend much more than the cost of an expensive bowl of noodles just getting there, since it's well on the "darkside".

I love eating at these type of spots when I'm up north, makes a change from eating the falang food that Mrs Fiend seems to think I want to eat every day.
