Pre-opening chance to check out the new restaurant 23@Pattaya Hill last Saturday.

 

A chance to view the venue, the views, and sample some tasty treats, tapas, paella, and meatballs of some sort.

Everything was prepared with flare and nicely presented.

BMB isn't under Bryan's control. There are three equal partners in the Bistro :)
