Bangkok Airways from Phnom Pehn to U-Tapao

Has anybody flown this route.

Is it direct or via Bangkok. I need to know.

I have instructed my travelagent to book my a flight from Bangkok to Phnom Pehn then back again but to U-Tapao so I don't have to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya.

 

The travel Agency says the flight doesn't exist so can somebody tell me the schedule/flight number/days of service/departure time.

Found out they stopped flying to U-Tapao from PP about a year back now. You have to go thru Bangkok. I was trying to cut out one long taxitrip/bus ride on news years eve.

Simply lack of demand.  I flew that route in Feb. 2001 and there were about 12 passengers in an aircraft seating 70.  Guys I talked to said some flights had fewer than that!
