Is China Eastern any good?

They also have great prices SEA-BKK, the reasin I never consider them is the long layover (recall it being 14 hours) on the teturn flight. I will gladly pay $200 more for a decent flight.

 

Has anyone actually flown them? Last trip back Delta cancelled BKK as a destination and switched me to ANA. The seat pitch was so bad that my knees were in the back of the seat in front.
