I've a 7 am flight and need to be at Dom M. by 5 or 5:30

Will be using a Thai Limo so no problems there!. What time should I leave Pattaya....I know go to BKK for a night but....I have a reason to stay that night!

There are many variables, such as rain storms and accidents that may screw up your timing.  The fastest trip I ever had was one hour and fifteen minutes.  Early in morning, no traffic, no accidents, and no rain.  Having said that, I would plan on two hours "just in case."  The plane won't wait for you, so why take the chance.  At the worst, you get there VERY early and cool your heels for awhile.  That's not fatal.     Roy

Also, take into account that for most of the journey there are no motorway lights. The central reservation barriers are at times non-existent and often one can see cars written off and abandoned in the large holes between the carriageways.

I wouldn't advise speeding at any time on the Bkk Pattaya road, least of all at night.

Take an extra 30 minutes and arrive in one piece .... and alive.

I have a 7AM flight also and I leave at 3AM. I pay extra and take the motorway less chance of a accident and I buy the driver a bottle of Red Bull. I like to keep him awake.
