anyone stay or have info/opinions City Garden Behind the Avenue Shopping Center

I am considering staying at a condo at  City Garden.  Is it clean and quiet ?  Any negatives ?

the road is being redone , its a total nightmare to gain access or leave your condo, lots of people moving out of that soi 

dont look at anywhere on soi 15 right now

I just moved out of the Grand three months into a six month lease.  HAPPILY forfeited my deposit as I’m not putting up with the road construction and mud that will follow and trying to drive my motorbike through the mess.

TG in high heels won’t be thrilled about visiting either.
