New mall in North Pattaya

As many of you will have seen, there is a small, new mall in N. Pattaya at the junction of Pattaya Nua and Naklua Road, opposite Terminal 21, and next to Fairtex Plaza. 

It is now almost complete, but, because of ongoing works, getting there on foot is a little awkward/hazardous.

There are entrances to the businesses on both main roads, and also at the back. If you walk around the back, take care: it is used also by motor vehicles, and I was very close to being run down by an electric car which had crept up on me!

I’m in Naklua, not a mall guy but did you notice a grocery store?

No, but that doesn't mean that there wasn't one!
