Foot Toenail Clinic in Pattaya?

I am rather embarrassed about any girls seeing my feet after battling for years with toenail fungus.  It's gotten a little bit better after a trip to the dr's here in the USA and getting a prescription cream BUT it would be nice if there were some kind of medical pedicure place in Pattaya I could sneak into for some cosmetic trimming on my toenails.   Is something like that available in Pattaya?  I don't want to go to a regular pedicure place - at least not at first until they start to look better.

One point I would make. Medication for Tinea is very avaliable and cheap in Pattaya. I usually get some from any pharmacy and take it home. I therefore tend to arrive back with a clean bill of health.
Sorry that I can't offer a location but I would think any specialist foot place would have seen it all.
