Posting Photos

I'm fairly dumb when it comes to computers.........I managed to upload two pics as a test to the gallery section today. It was an easy procedure even for me.

 

Now, how do I get photos into the the Forum (I have loads.......some clean, some dirty)? There is an Image icon but I don't know if thats what I should be looking at.

 

Can anyone help? And please don't tell me to RTFM.
