Anyone experiencing mobile problems in LOS ?

Guys,

 

I'm trying to get hold of a couple of mobile numbers in LOS. They both begin with 791 xxxxx.

 

I'm not making any silly mistakes but cannot SMS through Orange in the UK, cannot call using BT or Tiscali and I know that the phones are not "out of time" money wise as this has happened to both phones 8 days ago on 9th March.

 

Any ideas or anyone else experiencing similar problems ?
