IN Pattaya, or near, where is a good fitness center? Decent Universal machines/free weights/ cardio machines ... Looking for a place that is clean, decent a/c and yearly membership.

Try Gold's Gym on Beach Rd near Soi 8. They have daily, weekly, yearly rates. The downside--NO AIRCON (when I was there) in the main room!

I Dont think its Gold's Gym - you are refering to the Universe Gym (about 200 yards from Soi 8 on Beach Road).

Yes the down-side is the lack of aircon, but there are a lot of serious trainers in there, so plenty of motivation. Think I paid about 900 baht for 3 weeks, during my last trip - so its not expensive
