Monkeyman does not look good in widescreen format. How do I get back to a square avatar?

Well it's a bit tricky. I just changed the default size for avatars to 140x100, to make better use of the space available. If your avatar is bigger than that it will be resized to those dimensions.

 

One answer if you want a square avatar is to edit it into a 140x100 sized image. Too much for most people but I just did it to your avatar to show that it can be done.

 

I need to redo mine too.
