I am very impressed with the sincerity and helpfulness of the members here, and the donations that came forward. My hats off to all of you. When I read it, it was posted to stop donations, but if more is needed, please say so.

Over the past few months or so, there has been talk of the different airlines, the pro's and con's. Maybe some old timer's could post their knowledge about the airlines they have flown. A few that come to mind or that I saw were, Eva, Cathay, Thai Air, ( I believe) and in reading a post just a minute ago, American Airlines. Maybe a Poll would work? P.S. If you're not an old timer, I'm still interested in your thoughts on different airlines Thanks, Kahala :)

Pete,,, Can you give us a little more info on the up coming Orphanage charity. Could we send money directly to you? Is it possible to buy a FLB/Misty's charity T-shirt? Maybe you could make a place on this board that has the names of people that donated money, but NOT the amount. Will there be things auctioned off, can we view them here, and maybe buy them. Is this the first year of this kind of event? Is there a set goal dollar wise that you hope to reach? There are probably questions other people have, so I'll start the ball rolling and post this. When I hit the preview, the screen in front of me changes and then there is the post I just typed, but if I scroll up,,,,,, then there is the post and how it will look when posted....... I log in from Hotmail also...... I click the link and it tells me I am not allowed in, then I click HOME and at the bottom of the Home page there is a place for me to sign in with my name and password. I'm not sure that's the best way to do it, but two clicks, a little typing and I'm in :) [move] :) Starting my day with a little coffee and reading the post toasties :)[/move] Kahala 8)

Well there was a time that I use to look at the pictures/photos of the members and there were 2001 and 2002 and Professional and a couple of other catagories, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find that location anymore ??? I thought it was at the old board, and at the top it said photos, and that was the link to members pic's, but it appears to be gone :'(

I would like to get some feedback on Internet Providers that you use, with your likes and dislikes, time you stay logged on, cost, reliability as to them not being down because of some technical problem, etc..... I am currently using MSN and have finally decided to dump it. I am living in Arizona which may have some effect on whether or not I might be able to use your provider. Thanks again, kahala :)

I just reformatted my computer and downloaded the new msn 4.5 I believe it is. Does anyone know how or where I go to keep it from logging me Off line every 15 minutes. I could phone msn tech support, but I hate doing that and am hoping someone here knows or has the answer for me. Thanks :)

Pete and P e t e, Hmmm Maybe they're one in the same :) At the old site one use to be able to scroll down quickly and see if there were any new photos posted. With all the catagories that are here at this new board, unless someone reads every post, they may miss a great photo. Sometimes I will view the last ten post and follow an interesting post back to where it started, other times I just look at the new posts and decide what's interesting to read. EIther route I go, there is no telling whether a photo will be there, unless I read or view the post. Is there a way to ear mark a new post, that lets us know a photo is included in it. 8) Kahala 8)

Pete, is there a way or something you could do or add that might show then there are people in the chat room. I go there everyonce in a while to check and see if someone is in the room, but unless my timing is perfect, I am going to miss anyone else that might be also checking to see if someone is in there. If I have Chat open, can I browse other parts of this site, reducing the chat screen and being able to read other posts that might have come in, or am I stuck there until I leave the chat room? Pete, In not wanting to cludder the board up with new posts, that could fall into a similar catagory, It is my understanding that once you are fully/ almost fully up and running, we can email you a little Photo/pic that we can use to represent ourselves? Yes... I think somewhere I saw it needed to be 100x100... Right? I do have a web site floating out there somewhere, but have been to it in years,, and the last time I was, there were error's all over it. I can certainly wait a week or two, or 3, if that's how long it may take to get that function working. It will give me time to design the New Me :) Thanks again, Kahala :)
