Well lets try again with another question then; Out of choice of followin hotels; Honey Inn, soi honey Sunview Place, soi buakow Golden Sea, soi buakow Which 1 would you stay in if you liked your room modern, clean, quiet with all usual facilities inc a/con/ tv/dvd/ big fridge and swimmin pool OH and of course gust friendly too!!! Hi Emil, WOuld be interested in info on this place as am regular traveller to Soi Buakow area over several yrs and know the area well. Hi Chaps, Its that time of yr again soon as will be returning for a 3-4 week stay in July in Patts. Usually stay SOi Buakow area but willing to try new places as this city gets bigger and bigger every yr. Well i know its long running question but is there anywhere else (Pattaya or Jomtien) that can offer same levels of accomodation and pool as the Pattaya Bay Resort does for less than 1000bt p/nt. All replies greatly appreciated as always new places opening up all time but was last there 6 mths ago so shud be few new 1s opened up??? Has to be GG/Lb friendly too and not i

Hi Dave, If looking for a 2 bed house we have a few 2 bed / 2 bath detachted & 2 bed town houses for rent on popular estate up on soi khao talo, pattaya. Simply furnished, air con, euro kitchen, cable tv and inet access too with communal club house and pool in quiet location. Also has driveway for car/motorbikes etc... Hi, Nice looking place and quality decor in the rooms too as aposed to many i have seen. Pity there looks like a construction site nearby as that wud put potential investors off with all that noise/dirt and possibly obscured views of yet another condo building goin up. Hi chaps, I am looking also for a fairly new hotel room below 1000b p/nt in July in the Pattaya or Jomtien area. I know theres always new 1s opening so wondered if anyoe can reccomend a newish place??? Has to have a pool / acon / safety dep box / girlfriendly & quiet clean too etc... Got to match same facilities as Pattaya Bay resort as stayed there b4 was impressed to but bit put off if theres a lot construction nearby??? Hi chaps, Am a regular Pattaya visitor & having been a regular lurker here and amongst other Pattaya boards have decided to post at long last!!! Looking for nice Jomtien guest house or small hotel in quiet soi around Jomtien area as am getting older and want to be near the quieter places to relax and chill out this holiday. Room fairly quiet & modern around 800-900b p/nt tops; TV/DVD/ Aircon / Shower etc and guest friendly too Wil be in Patts 26th Dec onwards and hope to stay for a month too. I know its late but theres always someplace somewhere out there I hope
