Cheers guys. Google maps doesn't recognise the coordinates, but I know they are correct as I had map and satalite visuals in the past. Also, I have had a lot of trouble whenever I try to download this type of tech with Amazon or some other agent jumping all over my browser and toolbar.

If I have gps co ordinates, or lattitude/longtitude co ordinates (same same I know), does anyoneone know a site or app where I can turn these co ordinates into maps or satalite pictures? Please, don't say google earth because for some reason it dislikes my desktop. Cheers!

Thanks for that. I have done as you said, but it appears that she has somehow turned off the internet on the phone??? Tells me she can't access facebook or email anymore. I think the good old fashioned thumb through needs to be aquired somehow.

Just bought the TGF the above phone, presuming she must know everything about phone technolgy. She doesn't, and the English manual isn't much help to her. It is now in the post back to me in the hope that I can assist from afar. The relevent manual in Thai would be of far more use. Anyone help?

And for the response you get on this forum these days, particularly during it's current fragmentation i probably shouldn't have bothered. just not worth the effort any more. for what it's worth, i found the answer myself, and if anyone is interested the cost for 3 window panels and a security door ranges from B7000 to B18000 depending on quality.

Please take note of the steel security panels covering the windows in my tiraks condo. She is about to fit 3 of these herself, plus 1 steel security door along the same design to her unit on the 3rd floor (which ups the price apparently). her figures keep fluctuating, mainly upwards, and i was hoping someone could give me an idea of the true cost? Apparently so, and it's a new built block out towards Sattahip. looked ok to me, but as ahe says "you not understand. In Thailand have many people not want to work. Just steal". They even knicked her gas and water supply pipes in the corridor before she had moved in. She had to replace them herself and have a lockable minature steel cage fitted to prevent it happening again. Also she won't put ANY furniture in, aprt from a fridge and a small fan until the steel covers are in place. I guess she is the best judge. Cjeers for the reply. Could be third time lucky here

No. I'd been to see my tilaks newly bought condo nearby and there was a German beer festival on there. (ambassador)We were sat at one of the guest beer stands.The only people participating as it goes, though to be fair it was early. Around 6ish. Anyway, the Ruskis were littered around the pool, in small groups, looking sullen, and not talking to each other.
