The place is full every day even in low season with guest who stay there and people who come to eat in the restaurant. They do an all you can eat brekkie for 200 baht. There are worse places to buy in Pattaya believe me. Still I think the rent is a bit steep though

Opposite sopi 8/7 there's a beer bar complex with one bar thats always packed as well. Same price for beer as Eagle Bar. Could even be a wee bit cheaper not sure. Just cross 2nd road between the two sois going towards Buakaw. They're both one of the few bars still doing good trade in these tough times
