When I was there in January I was breaking my neck left and right getting nice view of the countless sexy russian women walking around Pattaya!! I mean they were everywhere! Now when it comes to te bars, agogos, movie theaters, etc etc. I did not see any Russian people in or around those places. I heard some guys talk about it during a bar crawl. They said the Russians arrive on a pre-paid package tour and have NO MONEY to spend upon arrival when it comes to P4P scene/nice resturants/disco teques/jet skis etc etc.

Yeah I guess the word "Most" was not the correct word to use but I am sure you all catch my drift. And on a side note, 627,000 is pretty small number compared to smaller western countries that have less white guys but STILL have more that visit Thailand every year. I remember talking to a Sweedish guy that said about 2,000,000 Swedish guys come to Thailand every year. Thats pretty hefty considering there are only 9 million people in Sweden.

I approve of this thread :thumbsup Most Americans that come to Thailand are PAID to go there. I.E. Military, contractors, etc etc. So therefore not a lot of frustration built up? not much reason to start trouble... I guess? Last time I was in Pattaya I noticed that Russian guys were prone to cause trouble.

I remember Tony's Disco would sell their play list CDs. When we got back from Cobra Gold some guys would pump that stuff in the barracks. Fun times.

I stayed at Pasadena Lodge for 3 days back in March 2009. GREAT place. It was kinda small but since I did not bring my tennis racket with me there was no need for the room (or any other hotel room that I stayed at) to be that big anyways. Everything is state-of-the-art top notch. And at only 800? great price. Location.... well its right next to Lolitas among a few other bars and agogos. So if you have a ST or LT with one of the girls on that strip of bars it will make it very akward walking passed that area with another girl on your way back to Pasadena Lodge. There were times when my chick was at the salon I wanted to sneak off and get a knob shine at Lolitas but I knew it would cause a problem later on. Never stayed at billabong hotel though. If there are any hotels you guys can think of that are just as nice, have a pool etc etc. for 800 baht PLEASE let us know.

Well now that I think of it, over all it was a little over 45 minutes but you still get the picture. Yeah I guess its nothing against the bar on that case.

LOL!! alright guys, fine. Last September I barfined a nice looking girl from there. She agreed WHILE her mamasan was standing there to stay with me all night. It was just past mid-night So we start heading back to the hotel I was staying at which was The Royal Twins Palace. ON the way there she mentioned she wanted to leave around 5am to go back to her place and "take care of something". I was kinda dissapointed but... oh well. I said "OK no problem". So after we spent some "quality time" together we each took showers and she layed down next to me for a couple minutes and then said, "I need to go home now OK?" I was like what the hell? How does an agreed LT become a ST?? So I said, "OK fine" and gave her 500 baht. She said, "huh? no 2000?" I looked at her and said, "hell no, you think I am crazy? ". She got dressed and left the room without shutting the door. 2000 for about 20 minutes???? HAHAHAHA what was she thinking?? This was my 9th time in LOS. 1. This was the first time a girl wanted to leave early (or at all). 2. This was the first time any girl complained about what I gave them. I would say, "well theres a first time for everything". But in this case I am pretty sure I just ran into a real shitter of a girl.

I had a pretty "unexeptable" experience with a girl from X-Zone back in September. Not gonna get into the details though.

Last time I was there I did not notice any change at all. What is your definition of "rapidly"? McDs and KFC have already been there in LOS for years.

attitudes: Too many crazy, head case, hopeless romantic, drama queens, in the Phils. Looks: IN GENERAL, Thai girls have this category easy. Thailand is one of those countries that you will have a difficult time finding a fat person. The same cannot be said about Philppines. Non-mongering things to do in country: Thailand easy. bungy jumping, Thai-box training, elephants rides, The Crocodile farm, etc etc etc.
