Me personally, Ive imported nothing (I left it too late and missed the "Goods must arrive no later than six months after the date on the Work Permit" period so never bothered) However I have numerous friends and work colleagues who have simply followed the correct procedure as outlined by Thai customs and their shipment went smoothly and without any extra "costs". Some forum software does this when you are trying to post something that is in qoute brackets. Was it wrapped in qoute brackets ?
