Thanks for the info Emil. What state is the site next to the AA Residence in? Is the building structure up yet, or are they still doing ground works? I looked at the reviews and websites for the Dynasty, Whitehouse and Sandy Springs and they all look much the same sort of standard as the AA Residence. Oh well .... decisions....decisions! Does anyone know of an up to date map of soi 13 showing the new hotels? Or could anyone please list the current hotels on each side from one end to the other? It's been 3 years since since I was last in Pattaya (I know...how could I let that happen!....time flies while your buying and doing up a property!...especially if your a slow old git like me!), but I've just booked a flight, so I'll finally be back for 4 weeks at the end of May...can't wait! Hi guys After years of visiting the LOS twice a year, a job change has meant that when I visit in three weeks time it will have been two years since my last visit! Damn my boss!! :-) Last time I was there, soi 13 was a massive building site. Does anyone know what the current state is? Has all the building finished?, and what was built. I like to stay in this area as it's close to the action, and mainly stay at the AA. I read in one of the hotel reviews for the AA that there is now another AA along the soi. Is this what was built on the corner with 2nd road? Has anyone stayed
