I'm with you. I wouldn't like it happening to me, so I wouldn't do it to someone else. On my last visit, I kept a girl for several weeks, and one day, when I had left her in the hotel lobby while I went back to the room for something, when I came back down, she gave me a piece of paper with a phone number another guy staying in the hotel had given to her. He had approached her and told her to come to his room later. She told him that she was with someone but he still wanted her to visit him before he left in two days.

www.xe.com advertises on their website that they give the best exchange rate, change the funds to that of the recipient country, and dispatch to your bank in that country.I haven't used them personally, but it might be worth investigating.

I'll be in Patts in October and would be interested if still available. Do the Baht buses go there, or would alternative transportation be required? Also, what's the neighborhood like; mostly farangs, mostly Thais; mixture? Thanks for any info.
