I was charged almost 5k for electric at the Butchers arms on soi Buikow (spelling) .I stayed there for 1 month . I didn't use the aircon for at least 2 weeks of that time as I was of traveling . the other 2 wks I was there I used the air con for about one or 2 hrs a day as I don't like air con when I sleep . No electric used when I was not there because even the fridge switched off when you went out . I would say a ploy to get you to buy all your food & drinks downstairs .

In this situation the game would of stopped for what the ref considered a penalty. It would be up to the defending team to appeal it . The defender involved just shouts his capt to apeal . Penalties being a major decission . I would say that it should only be possible to appeal for vital purposes so it dosent impose on the game to much

My thing on the major decisions of bookings goals penalties is that each team should be given the right to appeal a major decission . Each team should be given 3 appeals at the start of the game .If they appeal & it fails then they have 2 left then 1 then none . If they sucede with an appeal then they keep the same number has they had before the appeal . There should be a panel of 3 recently retired refs . That look at it & decide what is right.
