Jacko's post is correct. Cliff Robertson was indeed in "The Naked and the Dead". Too bad he was answering a post from a month ago. Answering his current post "Ray": Curtis Armstrong

Jacko, are you in a time warp or something?

24 hour rule I've never seen "The Onion Field" but plenty of ways to go with Ronny Cox

Yes, a very sexy woman in the 80's and 90's. She was the answer to an actor/actress in "Black Widow", so I don't think you can use Black Widow again. Therefore I will name a different Theresa Russell film: The Razor's Edge (1984)

I enjoyed how she kept telling him, "Take your dick out." It was not a Disney film. On the other hand, she was a very prim and properly covered up Chinese defense attorney in Red Corner

So the Cup goes to the Bruins, and they are very deserving of it IMHO. They fought back through some really tough series and finally won it all in game 7 on the road. Thomas rightfully claimed the Con Smythe trophy. Good night to be partying in Boston. Then there are the Canucks . . . What an inconsistent team they were during these play-offs. Never really taking control in any of their series, yet always doing just enough to advance . . . until game 7 vs Boston, of course. The Sedins woefully under performed. Luongo should be renamed Jeckle & Hyde. Then

Loved him as Norm on "Cheers". He had a serious role in a very dark film written by David Mamet, which I highly recommend, called . . . Edmond

Thought I'd better revive this thread, since no one has posted for the past 2 weeks. My excuse for not posting: I took a trip to Laos and got caught up in the NBA finals. I'm a Heat fan, so that didn't go well. As I turn back to the NHL, what's this I see? We're going to game 7? Boston fought off elimination in game 6 and Thomas looked strong as they put another beatin' on Luongo and chased him out of "da Gaaadin". Can they keep the momentum going and hoist their first Cup since '72, or will home ice advantage continue, allowing the Canucks to win their first ever S

Giving Col. Nicholson some sort of heroic death scene where he purposely blows up the bridge as his final act would have ruined the irony of the film. The fact that he "accidentally" falls on the plunger after he is dead perfectly emphasizes the message of the film - war is "madness". The brilliance of BOTRK is that everyone knows how it's gonna end, yet Lean makes the final 15 minutes incredibly tense. One of my favorite movies of all time. Paul Newman

A very funny and under-rated movie S.O.B.

She was the girl who "can't say no" in . . . Oklahoma!

. . . and that's what it is. After a great first three rounds we've got a #1 seed vs a #3. East Coast vs West Coast, Canada vs US, the Hockey Stick vs the Bear. I picked the Canucks at the beginng in of the play-offs so I will stick with them, though I admit it would be nice to see Boston get a Stanley Cup after not winning it since '72 (when a guy named Orr was wearing Boston black & gold). It would also be nice to see the Canucks win their fist Cup ever. Hoping for an exciting series.

The Myth of the Married/Sponsor Horde

Since you seem obsessed with discrediting the cynics who warn against trusting bargirls, you should first quote them directly. For example: . What number is implied by the misogynists? I see no harm in warning newbies that some bargirls will play on their emotions to get money from them. I also see no harm pointing out the many successful relationships between punters and bargirls. What I don't get is why you feel so threatened by the attitude of the "mysogynists". -
