  2. Winners from this week, tomorrow we will be announcing the winners of the monthly mug.
  3. Last weeks winners, sorry it is late but my internet is down and having to work using 1-2 call to post. Very slow and hard to post pictures.
  4. Keep me informed
  5. This weeks winners, come out and join us for a fun day of golf.
  6. Last week's winners. My apologies for being late in posting, busy moving and no internet where I moved to. We have new rules for next week, one is the winners this week have to be in same group the following week so less likely to have consecutive winners. We also are starting a monthly Mug this June for total points for the month.
  7. This weeks winners with a smile and a laugh, it was a very close game.
  8. This week's winners Mickey & Mini. See you all tomorrow at Rabbi's Elephant Bar @8:00 am for great breakfast and fun golf. Sorry for giant picture, cannot edit or delete, mods please resize. Mahalo
  9. My USA card is $1000, but my Aduathera card is B100,000.
  10. My wife is only 4'6" tall, I bought a ladies full set in Hawaii including 460cc driver, had the clubs cut down to proper size for her height. That worked good for about 3 months, then she tried one of my clubs and confiscated it, then another, then another. Good thing I had 3 sets, she now has a bag full of men's clubs. Buy the least expensive ones Good Golf has, tell them Bob4you sent you you might get a perk, who knows.
  11. I highly recommend Good Golf on 3rd road near the fishing park on the Suk side of 3rd road between Pattaya Klang and Pattaya Nua. They have good prices, good attitude and generally nice ladies (owners). If I remember correctly a full set of clubs with bag will set you back about b8,000. Word of warning, I got my wife interested in golf and now she beats me 50% of the time and rising, plus she has become addicted to the sport. We are playing at 5:45am tomorrow at Treasure Hill as she has to be at work by noon. LOL
  12. Dave, what is your price range and geographic preference?
  13. Great breakfast now served at Rabbi's Elephant Bar for us golfers. It includes 2 eggs, huge English Sausage, 2 pieces of bacon (ham to us yanks), French fries, 2 pieces of toast with butter and jam, choice of beans or spaghetti, coffee or tea, orange or pineapple juice. served 8am - 10pm b100 but only b90 to the golfers. Pictures of last week's winners.
  14. I think that is the only par 3 in the County. Instead come Tuesday morning to Rabbi's Elephant Bar, Soi Baukoeau and Soi 21 at 8am. We go out and play a different game, no wagers, no handicaps, no stroke count just hit the ball and have fun. Check here for details. http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/index.ph...c=36781&hl=
  15. Ronno, Very good sensible suggestions along with the idea of open 24 hours for the after hours p4p players and the early riser or late partiers who want a great breakfast. I had it the other day at 3pm but was very happy to have a good English breakfast along with happy hour beer.
  16. This is confirmation that we will be meeting for breakfast at 8am at new venue called "Rabbi's Elephant Bar" located on Soi Boukhow almost at Soi 21. See you all there.
  17. Wow Pete, a helluva a bar and great promotion ideas, I will be there on the 29th to have fun.
  18. We have a St. Andrews course here in Pattaya, it is the one course here I haven't played. I was told that unless you have a handicap of 18 or less they won't let you on. My goal in life is to be able to shoot my age as my golf score for 18 holes, so lately I have been planing to live to be over 100.
  19. Another fun day on the golf course. A trifle hot but most of us used buggies and the course did not get rain the night before so we were free to drive anywhere we wanted. Some players played full USGA rules along with Bingo, Bango, Bongo. IE no mulligans. Their are serious golfers in our group, but I'm not one of them. Reminder starting in May we will be meeting at Rabbi's Elephant Bar, Soi Boakeau and Soi 21 (week after next).
  20. After a 1 week hiatus for Sonkran we resume again Tuesday the 22nd leaving from Canterbury Tales for 2 weeks then moving to Elephant Bar, Sou Baukou and Soi 21 starting in May.
  21. A group of like minded friends who think golf should be fun on too serious play weekly on Tuesday. Check this thread. http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/index.ph...c=36781&hl=
  22. I don't think there are a lot of swinging couples in Patts but sure a lot of ladies who like ladies or pretend to and a lot of young Thai guys who think it is a status to be out with a Farang ladies. I suggest 3 nights a week you each go your separate ways and don't come home until a agreed time with no questions asked. That minimizes the jealousy.
  23. Still planning soft opening tomorrow the 20th? Pete, I'm sure you're busy but time to update the blog with come current pictures.
  24. When is OJ arriving, I want to make sure I get there first.
