I have a townhouse next to Buffalo Bar. 2 years old, you can rent the top floor (bedroom, bath, seperate living room) for B15,000 per month. Must be a non smoker. Share kitchen and livingroom on 1st floor or rent bedroom only on second floor and share same facilities on ground floor. B10,000. Must be a non smoker, and like pets. I have 3 puppies that come with me along with my Cockatoo. The puppies are miniature pinchters and a miniature Schnauzer. My wife and I travel back and forth between our home in Udon Thani and this one in Pattaya. Great location, quiet with bhat busses all around.

Solar Golf gets my vote. They are first class, honest and don't leave you hanging. The Residence Gardens is hard to beat whether you are single or with a wife, and if 2 guys wanting to have a experience to send home about book one of the 2 bedroom units, 2 master bedrooms, same size private bath, courteous attention and never a joiner fee no matter how many people join you.

Put it on golf schedule, some people can't make 11th but can 10th and vica versa. And some of us are gluttons for punishment and want to golf 5 days a week until they get it right. I am in agreement for time, RG is good for pickup or anywhere else for that matter. I come from Soi Rungland and will tike motor taxi. I am happy to pay for lessons at same time, willing to do whatever it takes to beat the Europeans.
