One of my favorite hotels to stay in Pattaya lately. Had some warnings about construction noise but it never bothered me. It is slightly more expensive lately and hard to get a deal but the pool on top worth every penny. Quite a few Japanese tourists but the upside of that the pool area being empty most of the time. Bad points: breakfast not included, high cancellation fee and just paid $75 for changing dates but IMHO still worth it. Lowest I paid was $55 but now in high season around $75 all added included.

The location is good and so is the pool. The reason I stopped staying there was the outrages prices they charged for wifi, hope they stopped doing that. Also didn't have in-room safe and breakfast for there\s no restaurant on the premises.
