Best way is down Pattaya North Rd past Tescos onto the Dolphin roundabout and along Beach Rd and double back up Soi Post Office to Second Rd and then down Soi 13. If you look for the Pizza Hut on Beach Rd that is Soi Post Office and gives you a landmark if the taxi driver isn't sure.

For anyone interested the construction work on Soi 13 is still ongoing and the new condotel next to the Dynasty is taking shape quick. Still plenty of noise especially if you're staying in the Dynasty plus still loads of diggers and trucks about. Doesn't seem too bad down by the Sandy as the work on Ma Maison is nearly finished and no sign of anything starting on the bar complex near to the AA Residence. I stayed in the Lek this time and it was fine, I had a room in the new wing overlooking Soi 12 and in two weeks was never disturbed by any noise whatsoever, it was bliss. The room itself was fine, plenty big enough bed, powerful aircon, loads of hot water, cable TV, electronic in room safe, big fridge with Coke, Fanta etc at 10baht a bottle. The swimming pool is nice and big and the brekkie buffet and dinner buffet are good value plus it's easy to jump on a baht bus anywhere and for 850bt a night is top value.
