Nothing new there .But this guy tells me his mate paid £8,000 for this new condo,unfurnished. Apparently it also needs a paint job & a new floor.So he must have bought it at its bare minimum. But for that money it sounds like a great buy.How much can it cost for a paint job & few tiles?? Max 50,000 Baht?? if that. Wonder if they take visa??.Might buy one next trip... I will try & find out who the real-estate firm selling these apartments are.

Whats the point of joining a forum about Pattaya?? Do you plan on a visit. There are plenty of forums out there about LOS that dont have anything to do with the pattaya P4P scene. There may even be a forum for WHITE FAT FALLANG WOMEN talking about there times in LOS,you might feel more at home there.
