Flying through Dubai Airport in November , If you have used the airport since the new terminal 3 opened please let us know what you think about it ! Duty free, eats, drinks, transit area etc would be handy , and smoking areas info ? L

Apologies Gabor ! friend flew on thursday and the ban is in place but he tells me the flight and baggage handlers have a hidey hole ! Maybe you could ask one of them ? L

Sorry ! your wrong , we went through Istanbul and plenty of bars and cafes in terminal with smoking sections ! L

As the above states Dr Aree is an excellent Dentist , VERY pretty and her charges a very reasonable ! Made Chris a plate in 24 hrs after he broke his, and it was a perfect fit , our own dentist said he could not have made better !! Well Reccomended L total cost was 4000 baht !

For all us " cant get enough in the case " packers................ You can now enjoy a new enhanced baggage allowance across the Emirates network. Allowances have increased to 30kg for Economy Class, 40kg for Business Class and 50kg for First Class with immediate effect. The new allowances apply to all flights regardless of the allowances shown on your ticket as of today .

Emirates are flying Dubai to Swampy with the Big One from June so our flight will be on the scheduled flights we have in November As the plane is pretty much a standard configuration , whatever the airline , we thought some BM`s may have flown on one ! Always best for 1st hand reports , seating , food etc.......

Have you flown on the BIG Airbus ? we will be on our trip to Los . Your thoughts , pics and observations on such as Luggage claim and ease of access on plane would be welcome

After visiting Pats in November our return leg has a 8 hr layover at Dubai , we wondered if anyone had used the transit hotel at the airport "international" think it is called ! Comments welcome
