Nova Lodge will probaly close next year, it was the first good hotel and also the first bar (photo) in Pattaya (1964). Probably a tower will be made on this unique great location. With nice pool and about 1000 bahts Areca lodge is a great choice, Palm garden can also be a good choice, just renovated. http://pattayaone.com/palmgarden.html

I go visit this place this year, not a great location, i waiting 5-10 minutes on the reception, nobody coming...It's on an a quiet place, but far from weverything, beach, nightlife, good restaurant. As i say on the other post of JHouse and AA hotel, i stay last month, great location nice room, large pool and lovely receptionnist, but only few customers, for 800 bahts it's good hotel.

I stay long time ago at Siam bayshore, but i visit it last month, renovation are for some bulding on right side if you come from Walking street, great quality hotel with incredible large park, at on ly 1 minutes walk to the night life. 1000 joiner fee, but if you book a double room , no charge.
