The joiner is simply when you have a single room and somebody come after sleep in your room, the price is usually the same from single and double room but some hotels charge a joiner from 1000 bahts to around 1000 bahts in a 5 stars hotels

It's 2 old hotels of the early 90's, Erawan was at the opening Pattaya city hotel then Baiyoke and from 2009 Erawan, Resort Pattaya was at the opening North Point view resort then closed for many years and totally renovated reopen as Royal Orchid resort on the early 2000. Centera beach and Amari orchid resort where before also on Golden Tulip hotels when they where know as Nipa lodge and Amari lodge

On the list i stay on ly at the eastiny seven, good location and nice hotel, lovely room, i have a standard without balcony, next door to the elevator. Graet choice Sunshine hotel and residence will be on renovation since 1 may 2010 to 31 october 2011, not a good choice actually. I visit Mind resort, a nice resot but a little bit ouside the center like the neighbour Puphaya resort. I stay on sabai lodge, next door to sabai Inn, i visit the Inn, nice room and you can use the pools of the lodge. Nova Platinum is really nice, compact rooms and marvelous pool, good location. So it's depending wich area you like, those hotels offer similar quality, Nova a little bit better.

I stay at eastiny 7 on a standard room and the difference with superior was really small. In front of the Eastiny residence there is a new bulding construction to end on 2010, room on the back of the estiny residence are certainly better.
