Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

The rate of tax is 30% plus and the best adviser is the second in comand of the tax office who is able to negotiate your tax but if you are just coming on a visitors visa you are not allowed to work !! same with a retirement visa. So what I am saying be sure you have the right visa in the first place. Presumably you will be getting a work visa which if that is the case the immigration office will include all details with you application about where and how to pay tax.
