Can't find land for sale (or house with land) near Ubon Ratchathani (preferablly adjacent to the Mekong. Anyone know of a website that lists real estate near Ubon?

Varmint kills are not eaten by humans but are cleaned up quite naturally. I don't know anyone who doesn't eat their hunt. It does appear the V.P. was probably a bit tipsy (explains the 24 hour wait). It was private property so licenses and B.A.C. should really be no ones business.

Their website is very colorful. It's not very informative though. No info on balconys, size of room, whether the more expensive rooms are also sea view, etc. They did answer my email quickly. I couldn't quite decipher the response. Looks like a nice place. It almost seems like you could sit on the balcony (if they have one) and call out to freelancers as they walk by.

Actually, if reception is near the large pool, one should have a run of the place with no real impedement. Never been there though. Can anyone decipher this map (above)? Just looking to bring different girls in throughout the day without getting looks from lobby staff. Looks like it's in a good spot.

Looks like Ruan Thai pool area (definetly standard rooms offer what I'm looking for) could offer the in and out thang I'm looking for. Hard to tell though from this map.

Any income earned in the U.S. (renters, interest, dividends, etc) is taxable (if you live in one of those states that tax income). Do you earn $$$$ in Thailand?

Kinda like a Red Roof Inn, Motel 6, etc. Register in a lobby "room" and park your car 2 blocks away in front of your room. Come and go as you please with no impedement.
