Any hotel suggestions for january 2005

Recommended Posts

I wasn't going to come back to Thailand until mid 2005 but now my mate who is going to the Philippines before me needs to do a visa run, so as a first time asia visitor and a week away from his filapina wife i thought i would show him Pattaya except its full. I have tried 5 properties and they are full and now have emailed about another 5 and awaiting their replies.

I know, I would of booked ages ago if i had known i was coming.

Does anybody know of any decent places that still have rooms available for the 2nd week of January. Leave a reply here or PM me.

thanks floyd

You might want to try Mike's Orchid and the Sabai Resort. Mike's Orchid is scheduled to have their new addition completed by the end of this year and the Sabai Resort is also scheduled to be completed with their renovation of the old Weekender at the end of this year. There are numerous place that have recently opened however many don't have emails. You shouldn't have any problem finding a room as long as your not too picky.

Lord Nelson is on Soi 6 not to far from the Queeen Vic, the problem there will be that they only have a few rooms so it doesn't take much to fill up. When you get replies from the Sabai Inn/Lodge make sure that it includes the new Sabai Resort. They might only tell you about the room availability for their respective properties.

Floyd..

The Lord Nelson is in the Hotel review section with pictures/map. I saw a room just before the opening and it looked very nice for 750 Baht {Page 10, Pattaya Hotels less than 1,000 Baht}

Iwill take a look at the lord and nelson, but about 4 other properties came through after i booked so there is still a little bit of decent accomodation left but its filling up.
