I booked for mid-November and received a confirmation - here is the address:

works also. anyway, they normally answer after 2 or 3 days, do not expect a fast reply. Also, very often even if they confirm your booking they will not have it on file. You should take a printed copy of the mail with you, never had a problem to get the reserved room!

better get someone to doubly check your email booking is there,as i arrived and told solly sir no booking in your name.

 

even said no after i showed them my email print out and still had the hide to laugh about it,

They are terrible at getting back to you , keeping your room even if you have booked & got a print out.If a punter comes in off the street they will give him your room.
