Le Colonial Hotel

Wondering if anyone has experience with the Le Colonial Boutique Hotel located outside of town? I know it is visitor-friendly, but would like to hear from anyone who has actually statyed there. It looks very nice for a very good price....it is outside of the immediate Walking Street area...but I am looking for somewhere quiet out of the chaos. Help would be most appreciated! Also..if you know of something similiar that you'd personally recommend...please do!
