Yes, there is a VFW post in Pattaya. I have never been to a meeting and I don't know how active it is. Maybe on my next visit to Pattaya. Anyhow, here is the story from Pattaya Mail web site.

VFW Post 9876... Meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1300 hours at Hog's Breath Saloon on Soi Batman.
