Coming to Pattaya later this year and after extensive reseach have settled on Bliss Mansions. Appears to be located handy has limited but good reports and the price is good.Appreciate any feedback.Thanks guys

This is a good value hotel. Last time I was there a year ago it was 400B/night. Who knows what it is now. No pool, no restaurant, just a no frills decent place to stay. I always used to stay here before I bought my own place.

Bliss Mansion is in soi dianna just up from Areca and opposite the new soi LK metro.

Can't comment on Bliss but I stayed at Charlie Place last week on the corner of Soi Diana Inn and Soi Bukaow for 650 THB per night. Rooms are very big, no pool but has a bar and restaurant. If anyone tries the place make sure you get a room on the 5th or 6th floor so there's no noise from the traffic below.
