Thailand Hotels/winter rates

I will be going to LOS in November but most of the Hotels/agents are showing rates only to October 31st.

When do they normally post their winter rates?

winter rate are already posted for many hotels. The good place to go this year just might be phuket. Their booking for december are way down. Normaly they charge 2 time normal rate for xmas. If you book now you pay haf of normaly rate or even less. As they get more bookings they will undoubtably raise the rates.

Gus, I too will be there in November and after deciding which hotels I will be staying at, I have sent enquiries to them. Sawadee and Asiatravel were my online choices after searching through, Asiarooms, Farangs and res24.

It's up to you to do the research and make your choices and plans accordingly.

One suggestion do not wait too long as November bookings are sold out on some better rooms at several resorts in Pattaya. By the way, the rates I was qouted on some hotels were the same rates as October's.:)

Areca Lodge winter rate should not start till December but others may vary, also sometimes reception staff try start them in November so worthwhile to double check, this is Thailand
