Hi everyone

I am browsing through the forum and there is so much information and so many people willing to help that I am lost after browsing through them all

]I am coming to Pattaya in the beginning of December until the23rd.

I am looking for an accomodation under $1000 baths. I have found some, But I am interested in the follwoings

1. Close to the attractions ( The beer bars which are on soi 7 and 8) No need to catch bus or taxi to go there.

2.)I want a room with a safe as some of the these rooms do not have one.

3).Room with no charge for extra guests.

Do I need to book them now or book when I am there?

Thank you very much

Riri :D

Do a google on the Pig & Whistle restaurant and hotel. Excellent location on soi 7 with in room safe. No joiner fee. I've stayed there twice and it's a good buy. The flippergroup.com is another two hotels on soi 7 & 8. No in room safe. God buy.

BOOK YOUR ROOM NOW!!!!!!

What is all the attraction with in room safes. What's wrong with a safety deposit box :clap2

Bigmike.

Been a few stories lately in the news about moto guys hitting the lobbies in the early morning hours and robbing/breaking into the front desk boxes (Pattaya News).

I prefer the in room e-safe but they are not crook proof by any means. Most of them are not even secured to the floor, just set down in a closet. For me the in room safe is just plain convienience, running up and down to the desk to lock up camera's, watch and anything else you don't want to leave out in the open while having overnight guests.

I know alot of guys "hide" valuables in the room, some of these gals, especially freelancers are pretty damn resouceful. If they want it bad enough they will find it. Also, don't let the fact that the hotel has security fool anyone. The guards make next to nothing and will easily take a bribe to let them out with your belonging's.

I didn't mention my favorite cheap hotel www.skytoppattaya.com because you wanted soi 7 or 8 but since someone else mentioned it, I'll expand on his answer. It's cheap, clean with AC,TV, fridge and in room safe. It's about a 10 minute walk to soi 7 and two minutes to sleazy soi 6. Excellent location, one block from the beach. Cost 450 and up. Try and book room 101. Big room.

If you're OK with the security box at reception then try the Eastinny Place and Eastinny Inn on Soi 8, the Sunshine on Soi 8 and the Bella Vista next to the Pig and Whistle. From what I read about those places that got knocked off, they were small places that only had one person on the night shift. Most of the larger places have at least 3 people on the night shift so I've never worried about leaving my stuff at reception.

As carcareers pointed many of the in room safes are not bolted down. If you feel you need one of these you can always buy one for about 1500 for the small ones.

AnnaJet is where I stayed last visit and where I am booked to stay this one

Basic accomodation but good enough for me I only sleep and entertain there

I also liked the location, so long as you dont want to be going to bed too earliey it was ideal for me and I got on with Peter and Anna really well, so much so that I am heading back in time to go to Anna's birthday party

I forgot to mention last trip was my first to pattaya and Peter and Anna really looked after me, showed me around and made sure I wasn't short on company

I was treated like a member of the family

Hi

I like Flipper Lodge because I like the rooftop pool. Good value for money, but last time I was there had trouble with my cards and I had to move to Bay Breeze where they left me stay until cards were sorted out. Flipper seems to be paranoid about falangs ripping them off ! Maybe they have bad experience in the past. Good security and good location. Both hotels mentioned often fully booked.

hi everyone

Has anyone been to Anna jet DJ? I have now a choice between The Flipper Lodge (soi 8) and the Anna Jet DJ.

I thought the rooms at anna were very ugly!!!

Will agree with tafkamb about anna and peter, they are top people!!

True farman, the rooms are nothing special but for my needs they were perfect

All my time was spent out and about and the way Peter and Anna looked after me was fantastic. At the end of the day all I need is a room to store my stuff, wash up 3 or 4 times aday and take some company in the evening. You get the basic's Aircon ceiling fan, hot/cold water, Cable TV and a fridge what more do i need, hehe

Day/Night hotel is where I'm going. Should be enjoyable.

If as you say, you are Harris Canada, the number of BG lined up outside the Day/Night Hotel with pitchforks should be quite a sight. :D

It's located on Soi 7 near 2nd Road. Small guest house.

Hi

Seems like a good bar to party anyway. Handy if you want a few S/Ts away from prying eyes of hotel staff and G/F . Must drop in for a look next time.

I never said I was Harris. My name is Morris and I'm dating Melissa *****.

You Imbecile! No one on this board but Harris Black would know that name. You also never said that you weren't Harris Black.

If anyone had any doubts about who you really are, you've just cleared them all up.

Morrisf is Harris Black, con man and sex offender and he's running an employment scam right now in Montreal; this time to get sex and money.
