Need help finding a room for 3 people.

Recommended Posts

Hi there.

I have just discovered this website. It is full of valuable information. Thank you. I will be in Pattaya for a week with 2 TG. It will be my second visit to the city but their first visit. I know many hotels will allow three people in one room, but I want a king size bed for all three of us... no extra beds. :D I do not wish to spend more than 2500 baht per night. I have considered...

- Residence Garden because of the price, but one hotel review said is has only double beds.

- Penthouse Hotel because they have king size beds, but the hotel reviews said it has a bug problem. I have twice e-mailed them for room availability, but they have yet to respond.

- Dynasty Inn because they have king size beds, but it seems far from Walking Street.

Any suggestion/comment on these and other hotels in Pattaya?

Thank you in advance.

Dynasty Inn is on soi13 ,a short walk (4 or sois ) ,

and there a few good Hotels in this soi .

Dynasty is 1400 baht for a kingside bed in Nov ,

you could also try Sandysprings soi 13 .

Try the Sandy Spring on Soi 13. The big two room suite on the 8th floor is 2500 baht/night. The bedroom has a big king size bed more than capable of accomodating a large guy and 2 TGs for the night. I have tested it and it passes the test. I intend to repeat the experience next month.

Thank you folks for your responses. The Rabbit Resort looks very nice. I will definitely stay here on my next trip with my favourite TG. For this trip, I have decided to stay at Dynasty Inn because the staff has been quick in answering my e-mails. Good day, eh.

If you're talking about the Dynasty Inn on Soi 13 I've stayed in a few different rooms there and the beds were not king-size. I'm not even sure I would classify them as queen-size. Do they have rooms there with king-size beds that I don't know about? Do you mean the Dynasty Resort in Pattaya? I've never stayed there so I don't know what size beds they have.

Guess what hotel has a KING SIZE BED in room 101. Ya, it's my old stand by www.skytoppattaya.com It's cheap, clean good location on 2nd Road and it's only 1 block to Beach Road. AC,TV,fridge and in room safe. High speed internet café and guest friendly.

I'm staying there next week. ;)

:nod Hmm, the folks at Dynasty Inn (not Dynasty Resort) wrote to me that they have rooms with king and queen size beds. For king size bed, the rate was 1400 THB/night for two + 300 THB/night for the third person. ABF is not included, but I do not like ABF anyway. They also mentioned that there is transfer service by van back to BKK, but their website didn't mention this. Sigh, maybe I should just bring one TG, and then I will have more hotel choices.

vger,

I guess maybe they do have king-size. That's news to me. If you do stay there please post with a confirmation of the bed size availibility. The Dynasty is a decent mid-priced hotel with a helpful staff. Not fancy but clean. Keep in mind that you can enter and exit by walking through the small car parking area thereby avoiding the front desk altogether. Maybe you can avoid the Bt300 3rd person fee.

A buffet breakfast can be had directly across the Soi(100ft) at the Lek Hotel for next to nothing.
