Is the beach walk along the water still a work in progress?

As of last week, it is pretty much done, and quite nice.

 

There are a few small holes here and there, but the biggest problem that I had was when it rained, their was no drainage most of the places, and you had a small lake there.

Thanks for all the information on the statis of the work being done. I couldn't take three years in a row of walking through all that mess. I will be nice when I get there in January.
