i havent rented an apartment in pattaya but would like to as im now approaching retirement & pattaya is my 1st choice.

 

does anyone have good advice & contact details about whats available out there in the 2 bedroom + aircon range, near to supermarket, within 20 minutes drive from pattaya central, how much, the usual terms of payment, can rent be paid to the landlord away from the premises, consumer protection if things go pear shape, sub leasing & how to go about getting utilities connected?

Tuphux, this being your first post, welcome. Now, do a search on your numerous questions both in the General Discussion about Pattaya, and Hotel and Accomodation areas. This will give you some insight on your inquiries in order to narrow them down.

 

Have you been to Pattaya?...My feelings are you have not, then my recommendations would be to visit and get a feel for the city, people and infrastructure, tourists sights, hospitals , etc. then make you determination on your needs.

 

I believe one of the Sabai Resorts has a 2 bedroom villa at the back end of the resort.

 

Another one to consider is the Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartments that has a small kitchenette inside.
