Please can anybody help. We have rented a house in Eakmongkol 4

 

Pattaya from 1st of nov.2006 until end of february 2007. The thing is

 

that we don't know where it is located exactly. Thanks for answering¡¡

you will find Eakmongkol 4 in the green area the left,near Pattaya Tai railway station.

i agree with sinbin if you are night owls forget it ,if you are day people and dont go out much its not to bad,and if you rent a bike you dont want to drive home pissed.

its alright for people who live here we are use to it and like it.

We will visting Pattaya in Oct 06 for the third time we usally stay at the Sunshine vista in soi 3.

But we would like to rent a house for a month any ideas.

unless you know someone,, people like to rent their place out for a long time,

there are heaps around for rent that are not advertised with agents,

but like i said its for 3 months or more.

i think you can get villas at jomtiem with pool on a weekly basis which is better than crossing sukumvit .try

Talk to agents. It is their business to do what you and the owner want to arrange. You will pay more than the 6mth rate but less than the 1 week or 1 month rate. No problem doing business that way.

I saw the add for fair/p in the pattaya trader they looked liked they had a lot of properties.and that book has doubled in size in the last 2 yrs and the agents are everywhere....thats a good book to start with you can get it at foodland or most agents
