Building a house to country side

hi i have just extended the house to have three bedrooms all 4 x4 metres and a carport 10x16 metres another bathroom 2x 3 metres concreted the whole car port for around 200,000 so in total about 730,000 but you could have 3 bedrooms in the original house easily instead of such a large front porch

It is difficult to know how to give an accurrate cost estimate of land without knowing exactly where it is. However the reason I said 1 to 2 hundred thousand was because it was inside the village rather than farming land outside and at nearly one Rai. It already has electricity which raises the price. Squirtfinder paid 30,000 for around half a Rai so this shows I estimated too high.

 

SQUIRTFINDER, my mate has lived in Pichit for many years and has built an absolutely beautiful Thai style house just on the edge of town. Perhaps you have seen it??

My wife and her sister are building a house in Phimai for thier mother and they say is the biggest house in Phimai for 1.5 million bht

It is 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with western style dunnies.

I have no intention of ever living there, its such a boring place to be
