The dream becomes reality

Well Guys, It appears that I am soon to join the ranks of happy men known as the Pattaya Ex Pats.

 

On my recent trip out I had an interview with a real estate company based out of Phuket who are looking to expand into different locations. I am overjoyed to say that I was successful in acquiring the rights to trade under their very good name in Pattaya.

 

I plan to arrive sometime in mid November and will be straight into finding quality new development condos. Once the business is established, I shall then be looking to expand into land, houses and resale property. So, if you are looking to purchase a new condo or you have any interesting leads then please let me know.

 

 

I am really excited about this and have already spoken to several people about accommodation, budgets, transport etc but if anybody has any good ideas or suggestions then they will be gratefully received.

 

I'm looking forward to meeting more of you and becoming part of the Pattaya ex pats business community.
