beware of bella villa reservations

Be carefull of bella villas reservation, i sent them a few emails when making my booking changing a few things when requesting a 60 day stay.

It seems they made 2 bookings 1 for my name and another for my emails name which is server_bot34 and charged me 1500b on my credit card for not showing on the 1 booking.

When i first asked they refunded it and said sorry but have now made me pay the amount again

I had a phone chat with reservations and there english is quiet bad, which would explain the mix up. Oh well have to check out after 30 days

I just made a reservation using Rates to Go at the Bella Villa Prima for a Suite for next week. I was more than a little surprised to see they had availability. Reading your post prompted me to send a confirmation email to the hotel. I hope there wasn't a screw up or I will be sleeping on the Soi come next week

Just to make it clear its the bella villa prima on soi 4 and the reservations is based at the cabana i think.

The manager said sorry and paid the money back but then 2 days later the lady from the reservations rang my room saying she had to pay money herself, nice manager so paid the money again and complete fuck up

Its now decemeber 18th and im looking for a new room

Thanks for the link Redwood. I had read the main post before, but not the replies. I have decided that if they don't have a room at the Bella Prima and try this shit with me, I will just scoot my ass back to BKK (at probably 3 AM! ) and check in to the President Solitaire or Majestic Grande for a few days. I will follow up with Rates to Go later.
