Dynasty Inn

I'm thinking of staying at the Dynasty Inn (soi 13) in Feb. Can anyone let me know if it's any good?

I haven't stayed there for a couple of years but it was nice then. If you want a nice swimming pool it may not be for you as it is very small. The location on Soi 13 is nice as it is a short walk to the beach, Royal Garden Mall, Walking Street, Soi Diana to name a few.

 

Do a search for their website for the latest info or check out the reviews on the forum.

I quit staying there when the constuction got so noisy on soi 13. But, most of it is completed so I imagine the noise is not a problem any longer. it's the best location in Pattaya and a good staff there too.

Have stayed there numerous times and was there late Nov. - Dec 2nd of this year. Hotel across and to the left is in well on it's way to getting finished. I had a corner room closest to it on the 4th floor and the noise was never really noticed by me.

 

And yes the pool is tiny so you won't be doing laps in it but it's a pool to relax in if one chooses to. They installed a room safe and I was told all the rooms were getting the same. I love the location and the walk in shower. The staff has always been curtious and helpful.

 

For those that used to avoid the lobby by using the driveway to get to the elevators, be aware that they now lock the side doors at 6pm.

 

Will, until something changes, be one of my first choices for a Pattaya hotel.

i took a look into the hotel after my last year stay, works for me, ill be staying there this FEB

I stayed there on my first trip to Pattaya in Feb/Mar of 2005. Nice hotel with a very good staff to attend to your needs. You're right in the thick of the action on Soi13.
