Any recommendations for hotels near 5 Star Bar,Soi 11?

I have used Nautical several times over the years ..even before 5 Star bar opened.

 

Well, my son is now a fan of the bar and wants to stay near there in July. Any recommendations on hotels near soi 11, Beach road for a 22 year old hormone filled Englishman???

 

Phone numbers would be usefull too ( Of hotels I mean)....

There is a small new hotel that is about finished on the corner of Soi 10 and Beach Rd, might be finished in time for your sons arrival.

It's also a quick walk over to the Areca Lodge (about 200m off 2nd across from Mike's Mall).

Walked by today (Saturday) and didn't see anyone. I can tell you there is no pool but they do have a lift. The only thing that appears to be worked on is the reception area and with a good crew that could be finished by June 1st. Also down that soi is an Eastiny property.

No problems mate...it is a shame you are leaving on the 11th.I will be in Patts 6 / 7 July and was looking forward to buying you a beer...

I have stayed at the Natural Beach Hotel a number of times and it is a good deal during low season. If you are a butterfly it could get messy staying so close to the bar though. They have some rooms where you can see the beach and the boardwalk from the 3rd floor.

This is excellent. I too have stayed there but forgot the name and Mrs Bullfrog lost the hotel business card..

 

It is in a good location and the rooms are better than the nautical. As for mongering; when my son stayed at sabai Lodge he was taking girls from Soi 1 , 2, and 3... I think he enjoyed the barracking he got from previous conquests!!!

 

It is also part of the complex for one of the best curries in town ( Mrs Bullfrog loves the Yum Talay there )...Unfortunately, if you are on a high floor there is no lift which is not too good for this Bullfrog's aged, and often drunken, legs....

Looks like I'll just miss you as I return to Pattaya on the 8th. Stopped by the new place yesterday and asked some people who were working on the lobby and they said it would open in 2 weeks. The Natural Beach hotel has a sign hanging out front saying rooms 750. The Nautical Inn also has a sign stating rooms at 890 and includes a breakfast.
