I sent you a PM regarding Town in Town but now that I see your budget is 15k you might want to consider this option. Before I recently moved I was staying at the 75 Mansion, I was paying 7500 a month but had been staying with them since they opened and they hadn't raised my rent. I think they charge a little more now. It didn't have a pool or lift so they might be deal breakers for you. It was a good size studio that had a area for cooking. By this I mean a counter area and a sink for cleaning dishes. A balconey that had a water outlet and drain so that the TGF could do the laundry and hang out the clothes to dry. It was just a short walk to Carrefour and the baht bus line.

Never been inside Town in Town. Here's an email for the 75 Mansion never used it so I don't know if it works: 75mansion@hotmail.com Try to get room 408, its the one I had and provides the best breeze to keep your A/C use to a minimun. I never had a water/electric bill over 1200 for the 3 years that I stayed there.

If you got TGF over there, why don't you should just let her to do the looking? Many new places have been built near Carrefour over the past 2 years.

It a small place, about 45 rooms. I don't think they have anyone working who is both computer savy and with English skills. The only thing I was aware of was a suicide attempt on either the 2nd or 3rd floor. A TG was upset with her English boyfriend going out most nights without her. We were the 1st residents of room 408 and stayed until the middle of Sep.
