Siamview residence SoiAR Pattayaklang

Recommended Posts

I stayed here for around 3 months early this year and was also pretty impressed with the place.

The cleaners left a bit to be desired and you are encouraged to 'tip' them for cleaning a little heavily by the desk staff, but not really a complaint.

The deluxe rooms (same as above) really are some of the biggest i've come across, certainly for this kind of price.

The rooftop pool is pretty good too. Probably a lot quieter now that the building next door seems to be finished.

Highly recommended.

You forgot to include the photo of the roof top pool with the TGs lounging around in thong bikinis. :allright

I wouldn't scare off any newbies due to location as its only about a 5 minute walk to Pattayaklang or over to the Bangkok Bank on 2nd Rd.

I think you guys left before the road construction started on Soi AR. When I left Pattaya mid Oct the soi was torn up from Pattayaklang to just south of the new Nova Amari and it looked like they were planning to tear up the road all the way up to where it intersect with the soi that runs behind the Big C. If so then your looking at another Soi Honey fiasco where your walking in mud after it rains and very limited access.

They had just started to dig up soi ar when i got there. But luckily from the condo you can go left or right and there are a few ways to get to the various locations around town. For walking st i used to go right then down towards soi6 and to beach road from there which was a lot quicker than going left onto PK

Do they have a web site for online booking? A quick search only showed third-party travel-agents.

Unfortunantly they don't. Although i do have a direct Email addy to them somewhere. I'll try find it tomorrow and post it.

The point I was trying to make is that by now the entire soi could be torn up and whether you go left or right you'll be walking on dirt/mud until the project is completed. If you arrive by taxi you could be lugging your bags from that small market just north of the hotel. I'll be back in town on the 8th and my appartment is nearby so I can check on the status of the roadwork.

Me is thick sometimes :allright

Good point and it's a good shout for you to give a heads up about the road situation.
